Responsible for daily oversight of filter production within department including delegating tasks, setting deadlines and fostering a positive and productive work environment. Plays a crucial role in communication and problem-solving within the team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Inspire and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere. Distribute work effectively, assigning tasks based on team members skills and expertise. Establish clear objective and deadlines for the team and individual members. Monitor others activities and perform own work in a safe manner according to safety policies and procedures. Ensure clear and open communication within the team and with other departments. Track team and individual performance, providing feedback and support to improve outcomes. Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have basic math skills.
