Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Part Time)
: Job Details :

Provide training and consultation for employees and family members as needed. Communicate with area physicians, local health centers, and other service providers to assure a coordinated system of medical services. Complete all required documentation, including notes for quarterlies, assessments and protocols. Promote community awareness of Intellectual/ Developmental Disabilities. Perform other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Certification(s) Required: Licensed Practical Nurse in Virginia (with active license). Required: Current Health Care Provider, BLS/ CPR Certified. Preferred: Experience working with adults with developmental disabilities. Must pass the State of Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) fingerprinting and criminal background check.
