Deliver food and beverage orders promptly to guest rooms, ensuring presentation standards are met Accurately record and process guest orders via phone or tablet/ POS system Set up trays and carts according to hotel specifications and guest preferences Retrieve trays and carts from guest rooms and hallways promptly and discreetly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the room service area and storage Answer guest questions regarding the menu and make recommendations when appropriate Follow proper cash-handling and payment procedures Collaborate with kitchen and restaurant teams to ensure timely service and order accuracy Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Exhibit genuine hospitality and professionalism at all times Overseeing all hotel amenities Qualifications: Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask and work well under pressure ...Room Service, Server, Service, Hospitality, Retail
