Anritsu Company is looking for someone who can apply experience and set the tone for a positive and productive work environment. As a Traffic Analyst based in Morgan Hill, CA, you will have responsibility for processing shipments for export to end users around the world. You will be coordinating with Courier, Forwarders and Brokers using an ERP system and Trade Management Tool. You must be able to follow direction for regular and special request shipments and meeting daily deadlines. You will have to work closely with many groups including Order fulfilment, Service and Shipping. Key Responsibilities include: Use trade management tool (SAP GTS) to ensure orders pass. Audit shipments for accuracy and group together for daily consolidation. Ensure all paperwork is accurate and ready for movement. This includes Commercial Invoice, Shippers Letter of Instruction, Lithium Ion/dangerous goods documents and transfer forms. Processing FEDEX, UPS and DHL using manifest systems.
