How you'll contributeTheSpeech-Language Pathologistevaluates and treats patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders across diverse populations. The SLP performs comprehensive assessments, develops individualized plans of care, and implements evidence-based interventions in collaboration with patients and their families. Ongoing progress is documented and communicated, with treatment plans adjusted as needed. The SLP also provides education and counseling to supportpatient outcomes, assists with discharge planning, and supervises clinical fellows, students, and support personnel in accordance with professional standards.
