Accountable for the federal and state survey process and results. Responsible for budgetary and operational decisions for the facility as well as resident/family relations.What You Will Do
- Coordinates the activities of Assisted Living with other departments in the development of resident care programs, policies, and procedures to assess, evaluate, and meet the needs of residents receiving care.
- Facilitates at least 2 marketing events within the community every year.
- Ensures occupancy targets are met for the facility/community.
- Continuously improve the delivery and outcomes of comprehensive, quality, personalized resident/customer care economically and in accordance with patient safety standards, standards of excellence and the Riverside Code of Conduct.
- Ensures compliance with surveying agencies and maintains compliance.
- Maintains operating ratios to ensure financial budgets are met.
- Facilitates town hall meetings to ensure team members are informed on facility, LLH, RHS current events.
QualificationsEducation
- Bachelors Degree, Related Field (Preferred)
Experience
- Recent relevant experience (Required)
- Supervisory experience (Required)
Skills And Abilities
- Bachelors degree or 5 years of commensurate experience Upon Hire (Required)
Licenses and Certifications
- Assisted Living Facility Administrator - Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP) within 120 Days(Required) or
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator - Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP) within 120 Days(Required) and
- CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) within 30 Days(Required)
