Job Title: Senior Client Service Representative

Location: Worcester, MA

Salary: $70,000 – $90,000

We're seeking a detail-oriented Senior Client Service Representative with 3–5 years of experience, ideally in financial services. This role supports advisors and clients with complex administrative tasks, including annuity applications, account maintenance, and fund transfers. You'll also guide and delegate to junior staff, ensuring efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client communications and account servicing
• Process and track paperwork and transfers
• Prepare reports and meeting materials
• Maintain CRM records and ensure compliance
• Support and train Client Service Associates
• Collaborate closely with advisors

Qualifications:

• Strong client service and communication skills
• Knowledge of financial products (Roth IRAs, annuities) preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Series 7 & 66 a plus or willingness to obtain
• Background check and fingerprinting required
