Job Description

This organization is seeking a Senior Analyst in Marketing Analytics to significantly

influence marketing strategies through insightful data analysis. The ideal candidate will

possess an analytical mindset, focusing on converting intricate data into actionable

insights that enhance marketing effectiveness and fuel business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive analyses of marketing data to uncover trends, patterns,
  • and insights that inform marketing strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to assess their marketing requirements and
  • deliver analytical insights.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, communicating results to key
  • stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain dashboards tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for
  • marketing initiatives.
  • Employ statistical techniques to refine marketing strategies and boost customer interaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in; Marketing, Business, Statistics, or related discipline; a master's degree is advantageous.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience building and implementing multi-touch attribution (MTA) models.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Snowflake, Excel/Google Sheets; skilled in at least one BI/visualization tool (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms such as GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, and affiliate networks.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Background in eCommerce analytics, DTC.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication abilities, capable of conveying complex data clearly to diverse audiences.
