Job Description :

MAU is hiring a Program Manager for Grenzebach in Newnan, GA. As a Program Manager, you will lead and scale complex data center infrastructure programs while building and mentoring a high-performing team.

Shift Information:

  • Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Required Education and Experience:

  • PMP Certification
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 10–15 years of relevant experience in program management
  • Proven success in cross-functional program execution in complex or high-growth environments
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, WaySuite, Smartsheet, or equivalent tools
  • Proficiency with SAP (Project Systems module), Power BI, Tableau, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • PgMP, ITIL, or Agile/SAFe Certification
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification
  • Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma operational practices
  • Experience with DCIM platforms, AutoCAD, or Visio

General Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and scale operational systems
  • Deep understanding of the data center ecosystem, including rack integration and compliance
  • Strategic thinker with strong hands-on problem-solving ability
  • Ability to influence executive-level stakeholders (VP and above)
  • Customer-focused mindset with operational excellence

Essential Functions:

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of project managers
  • Own execution and governance across a portfolio of data center customer programs
  • Drive standardization of processes, reporting, and quality across programs
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and services
  • Implement dashboards, reporting rhythms, and KPI tracking for internal and customer reviews
  • Partner with executive stakeholders on program health, risk, and roadmap development
  • Manage capacity planning, tooling strategy, and operational scalability initiatives
  • Act as a key leader in fast-paced, startup-like environments
