Primary Responsibilities:
The Digital Coordinator will be responsible for implementing and maintaining various marketing initiatives supporting demand generation, client communication, paid advertising, lead nurturing, lead scoring, search engine marketing and content management, and analytics.
- Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, press releases, and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to produce engaging content that aligns with branding and client objectives.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and search engine rankings.
- Identify and implement technology tools to support marketing campaigns designed for digital projects to increase customer ROI
- Implement and coordinate clients' paid media advertising and marketing campaign(s) strategy
- Explore operational processes while identifying opportunities for automation, new operational applications, and learning functionality
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent communication
- Support Web Development Team in preparing client documents and website audits.
- Present and Analyze web and campaign performance metrics, data, progress, and updates
- Routinely monitor Ad performance and adjust strategy based on present data and performance forecasting
- Ongoing understanding of digital technology trends to turn business processes into automated functions
- Execute testing needed to assure the desired functionality and data integrity automated solution meets business requirements and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as marketing, communications, business, public relations, journalism, English, or equivalent work-related experience.
- At least one years of experience required.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization strategies.
- Knowledge of business tools and platforms, advertising/marketing concepts, paid advertising platforms, and related software.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of online marketing tools and paid advertising platforms (HubSpot, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Google Ads, MailChimp, and Constant Contact).
- In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Previous experience with paid digital media.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
- Experience leveraging and crafting effective prompts for AI tools, including ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Gemini, to enhance productivity and generate strategic insights.
- Strong background in customer service, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with clients to build trust and accurately assess their business requirements.
