Role Summary

We're seeking an experienced Healthcare Project Manager to lead initiatives that enhance our digital capabilities, improve patient flow, and strengthen our integrated care model. You'll work across clinical, operational, and IT teams to make sure AKPBH stays at the forefront of pediatric healthcare innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple healthcare transformation projects from planning to implementation.
  • Drive digitalization of behavioral health, SDOH workflows, and patient scheduling systems.
  • Oversee telehealth optimization and integration with EHR systems.
  • Develop operational, financial, and clinical dashboards for decision-making.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendor partners.
  • Implement change management strategies to ensure adoption of new systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years' healthcare project management experience, including digital transformation.
  • Knowledge of integrated care models, telehealth, and behavioral health.
  • Familiarity with EHR systems (Office Practicum preferred).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Master's degree preferred.
