Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Coordinator located in Lancaster, PA. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily operations, providing administrative assistance, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position will have a broad scope and will involve:

• Preparing payroll for processing by the Director of Accounting.
• Coordinating with Area Supervisors to ensure all hours are approved on time and are accurate based on allocated labor hours.
• Managing Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for subcontractors and maintaining all related insurance documentation.
• Overseeing other operational records and compliance documentation as needed.
• Coordinating communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Analyzing operational data and ensuring processes run efficiently.
• Assisting in resource management and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using technology and best practices in operations.
• Industry experience is a plus.
