Business Analyst (IAM / PAM)
Hybrid – Jersey City, NJ (3 days/wk onsite)
1 Year Contract
Brooksource is currently seeking an entry-level Business Analyst for one of our global consulting and professional services clients. The ideal candidate will have experience with either Identity Access Management (IAM) or Privileged Access Management (PAM).
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements related to PAM solutions.
- Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Assist in the design and implementation of PAM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and security standards.
- Conduct gap analysis and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in privileged access management.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather feedback and validate requirements.
- Support testing and validation of PAM solutions to ensure they meet business needs and compliance requirements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on PAM tools and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the cybersecurity or IT security domain.
- Familiarity with Identity Access Management (IAM) or Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts and tools (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, etc.).
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with project management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
