About The Role:
The Customer Service Coordinator will play a critical role in the success of our sales and distribution operations. This role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth processes and effective distribution of our products and services.
You will have the opportunity to interact with a range of stakeholders across the full supply chain on a daily basis. From external buyers to accounts payable, factories, internal hub management and staff, and international factories, you will be able to leverage their exceptional communication skills. Your ability to build relationships, communicate effectively and tactfully, and exercise diplomacy will be essential in this role.
