Performs qualitative and quantitative chemical analyses on raw materials, intermediates, final products, and water to ensure quality compliance. Operates and maintains lab equipment, including troubleshooting, calibration, and preventative maintenance. Ensures adherence to internal systems and external certification requirements. Disposes of expired samples/chemicals per safety standards. Develops/validates analytical methods (HPLC-MS, GC-MS) to ensure accuracy and reliability. Conducts inspections, data audits, and capability studies to maintain process integrity.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's in chemistry, Biology, or Biotech preferred. 0–5 years' professional or academic lab experience. Knowledge of GC, GC/MS, MS, and HPLC methods. Understanding of organic/inorganic chemistry relevant to beverage products. Strong attention to detail, safety adherence, and data integrity.
