JOB DETAILS FOR AN OPERATION ANALYST:

Seeking an Operation Analyst to support our client's Strategic Procurement and Planning Division.

Onsite: First shift, M–F

Pay Range: $34-36

JOB SUMMARY FOR AN OPERATION ANALYST:

Begins each day reviewing support tickets, system alerts, and communications to prioritize incident resolution.

Acts as a subject matter expert on procurement and supply chain digital tools, supporting users and aligning with our client's security models.

Coordinates user acceptance testing for new features and enhancements.

Wraps up the day with analytics reporting, ticket triage, and preparation for upcoming product updates.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR AN OPERATION ANALYST:

Provides Level 2 application support for procurement and supply chain systems.

Triages and resolves incidents using platforms like Salesforce and ServiceNow.

Supports business operations by maintaining project goals, metrics, and budgets.

Establishes and documents business processes and ensures alignment with internal security and compliance standards.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE FOR AN OPERATION ANALYST:

Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred

5–7 years of experience in business operations, procurement, or incident management

Experience with customer-facing roles and complex enterprise applications

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN OPERATION ANALYST:

• Incident Management Systems: Proficient in Salesforce, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
• Procurement & Supply Chain: Strong understanding of digital tools and workflows
• Reporting & Analytics: Skilled in generating metrics and dashboards using Excel or Power BI
• Communication & Documentation: Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Office Suite
• Business Operations: Knowledge of strategic planning, budgeting, and vendor management
• Automotive Background: A plus, but not required
