- Clinical and Registration Mobile Health Aide duties
- Adhere to OSHA & HIPAA requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness in every work station
- Complete set-up and break-down procedures at clinic sites including setting up and taking down tents, tables, chairs, and securing equipment for travel.
- Clinical Emphasis duties:
- Obtain patient's health information/history.
- Obtain patients vital signs and document into Electronic Health Record (EHR)
- Ability to set up room for exams and assist clinicians as needed.
- Follows phlebotomy protocols
- Perform start-up and shutdown of machines at every clinic site
- Accurately obtain and test lab specimens ordered by Provider
- Adhere to our CLIA certificate guidelines
- Maintain lab logs/records and inventory
- Accurately label all lab specimens with patient demographics and enter results into Electronic Health Record after requisitions have been created.
- Patient Registration Emphasis duties:
- Open and correctly label a new billing batch each clinic day.
- Collect complete registration information from patient including all necessary forms.
- Ability to schedule patients in the EHR.
- Collect required payments and accurately maintain/balance cash box at every clinic site
- Communicate regularly with staff to monitor patient traffic through mobile clinic and schedule/assist patients accordingly.

What It Takes
- High-school diploma or GED
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.

- Ability to respect the confidentiality of patient information while performing job duties.
