Our client, a leading information technology firm in New York, NY is seeking a Legal Operations Associate to join their team immediately. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced professional services environment and has hands-on experience with Salesforce to support operational and process improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize legal operations workflows to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Oversee data integrity and reporting within Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of matters, billing, and client information.
- Collaborate with attorneys, finance, and administrative teams to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Support project management initiatives, including technology implementation and process automation.
- Generate and analyze reports for leadership to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Assist with onboarding new team members and provide Salesforce training as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certification in legal operations or project management a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in legal operations, law firm administration, or professional services environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (required) – ability to build reports, maintain dashboards, and ensure system integrity.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
