MAU is hiring a Project Manager for Grenzebach in Newnan, GA. As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams through the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects — ensuring alignment with organizational goals, stakeholder satisfaction, and technical excellence. This is a direct-hire opportunity.
Shift Information:
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Required Education and Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in project management (equivalent experience considered in lieu of a university degree)
- Solid understanding of ERP systems; experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred
- Proven ability to manage simultaneous, multi-phase technical projects, ideally in manufacturing or automation
- High-level understanding of mechanical and electrical machine terminology (e.g., conveyors, bearings, gearboxes, PLCs, VFDs)
Preferred Education and Experience:
- University degree
- PMP certification (or actively pursuing)
- International project experience
- Fluency in German
- Familiarity with waySuite by Valantic (S&OP tool)
General Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, etc.)
- Strong negotiation, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Essential Functions:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets
- Lead project execution across engineering, project planning, manufacturing, and business operations
- Maintain strong cross-functional collaboration with sales and accounting
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues
- Manage internal and external stakeholder communication and expectations
- Ensure project documentation, reporting, and status updates are accurate and timely
- Conduct project reviews and ensure post-project evaluations are completed
- Apply best practices in project management and continuous improvement
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members
- Support pre-sales and proposal activities as needed
