Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Project Coordinator:
- Provide department support for standard operating procedures, processes, file management, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate and assist in the reconciliation and closure of financial and administrative documents.
- Ensure timely processing and payment of invoices and pay applications.
- Assist in the bidding process, store walk and warranty process, collection of notices, store construction document storage, new store address verification, etc.
- Coordinate and assist with miscellaneous ad-hoc reporting, requested by leadership.
Required Skills for Project Coordinator:
- 2+ years of related business experience.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, construction, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, with expert knowledge of Excel.
- Working knowledge of Enterprise Network and Project Management Software (Projectmates, Procore, etc.) preferred.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction and financial terminology.
