Our client, an automotive manufacturer, is looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team to support the CEO and senior leadership. This is a direct hire position and fully onsite in Ellabell, GA.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Provide executive administrative support by organizing and preparing meetings, coordinating follow-up tasks, and managing sensitive information.
- Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, travel, and executive calendars.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and correspondence.
- Act as liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate events and perform general office and clerical duties.
- Prepare reports and documents requiring knowledge of formal formats (contracts, briefs, motions, etc.).
- Support major functions and complete other assigned tasks.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience (including 1–3 years in project or people management).
- Industry experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of administrative processes, office systems, and customer service principles.
- Skills in active listening, speaking, reading comprehension, writing, social awareness, and time management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
