Join our team as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting the testing and quality assurance behind life-saving diagnostic equipment used in hospitals and labs worldwide.
🔬 What You'll Do:
- Perform advanced quantitative & qualitative testing for clinical chemistry analyzers (Dimension RXL, EXL, EXPAND)
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot lab equipment and analytical instruments
- Enter data into internal systems, generate reports, and ensure FDA, ISO, and IVDD compliance
- Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate across teams with scientists, engineers, and management
- Maintain accuracy in documentation and follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
🎯 What You Bring:
- Education: BS in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, OR an Associate's Degree with relevant lab experience
- Experience: 2–3 years in a clinical or manufacturing lab environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in chemistry assays and instrumentation
- Comfort working with biohazard materials and familiarity with QSR/ISO standards
- Ability to work independently with excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime
⭐ Preferred:
- Experience operating Dimension analyzers
- Prior work in quality control and release testing
- Knowledge of SAP, LIMS, and clinical testing software
