Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their team as an Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain customer relationships; follow up as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic committed to success every day.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, listening)
• People-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Ability to multi-task
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not directly with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees must complete any licensing requirements and training programs. Compensation: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
