MS Shift is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. The CSM will be responsible for managing relationships with clients and ensuring their success with our software. This role requires relationship building, problem solving, and communication skills. The CSM will own the entire post-sales relationship, including onboarding, retention, and up-selling/expansion. Through calls, emails, and webinars, you'll build strong relationships that last through the customer lifecycle. You'll be the first point of contact, acting as the friendly face of MS Shift.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary contact for issues and inquiries related to our products and services.Identify opportunities to upsell and expand services with existing clients.Manage the post-sale process including onboarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, and retention.Establish trusted, strategic relationships to drive continued value of our products and services.Maintain and develop customer success strategies, best practices, and support content with the creative team.Communicate effectively with internal and external management to understand needs, maximize retention and growth, and share learnings.Track customer success metrics and data as directed.Collaborate with sales and other teams to ensure timely deliverables.Report client performance metrics and insights to senior leadership.Prepare documentation and visuals to demonstrate campaign performance; analyze trends and improvements.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.5+ years of experience as a CSM in SaaS or technology companies.Strong communication, strategic planning, and project management skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.Comfortable across departments in a deadline-driven setting.Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker with adaptability.Compensation
Base salary: $70,000–$85,000/year
