Responsibilities
- Work directly with and support new and full-time agents to develop their business plans.
- Evaluate, coach, and support the progress of full-time agencies; analyze current performance and provide recommendations for increased productivity and profitability.
- Assist individuals during new agent onboarding, including deployment of new office locations, agency setup, business planning, and marketing system recommendations.
- Collaborate with the District Manager to conduct agent performance reviews.
- Provide agents with information about company policies, practices, and procedures.
- Leverage relationships to encourage agency owners to meet their business goals.
Requirements
- Must be licensed in Property & Casualty insurance.
- Prior management, sales, business ownership, or insurance industry experience.
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to inspire, build rapport, and work effectively as part of a team.
- Technologically savvy and eager to learn new tools and skills.
- Outgoing personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations.
