This role will drive continuous improvement programs, optimize operational efficiency, and implement best practices to enhance our supply chain performance. The ideal candidate will combine strong program management expertise with deep knowledge of process improvement methodologies.Candidate superpowers should include ownership, stakeholder management, creating clarity out of ambiguity, and enabling productive collaboration.Key job responsibilities- Lead large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives focused on process excellence- Develop and execute comprehensive program roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives- Establish governance frameworks and best practices for program execution- Lead end-to-end process mapping and optimization initiatives- Develop business cases for improvement initiatives- Develop standardized processes and procedures across supply chain operations- Create dashboards and reporting mechanisms for visibility into process improvements- Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives- Be flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas and enjoy working with ambiguityAbout the teamHere at Amazon, we embrace our differences. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- 5+ years of program or project management experience- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies

The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
