Responsibilities include:

• Generating new sales leads through qualified calls and meetings, developing agency relationships, and achieving sales goals.
• Providing captive education and consulting for existing and prospective clients and agency partners.
• Maintaining client relationships and addressing their evolving needs.
• Participating in sales activities and promoting a positive attitude supporting growth.
• Attending captive quarterly calls and meetings.
• Supporting program initiatives and fueling growth with quality captive members.
• Ensuring team accountability and fostering a high-functioning team environment.

Qualifications:

• College degree preferred.
• Sales experience required; employee benefits experience is a plus.
• State-specific Insurance Agent's License or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Strong sales skills, excellent communication, proficiency in Salesforce, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
