The Manger Procurement will report into the Head of Brand Procurement Services and will assist in managing RFP (request for Proposal) for various Marketing Functions. Manager of Procurement will liaison with Vendors / Agencies for various procurement related needs. Responsible for creating purchase orders in SAP as well as manage the Internal Documentation processes and reporting.Responsibilities

• RFP Management

• Manage end to end RFP processes across multiple service categories
• Coordinate cross functional reviews of vendor proposals, facilitate evaluation rubrics, and create cost comparison charts to drive vendor selection
• Draft, review, and negotiate SOW's in alignment with business
• Maintain vendor rate consistency and flag discrepancies

• Finance and Budget Liaison
• Act as primary Procurement contact for Finance related matters
• Support internal and external Audit requests
• Maintain accurate reporting Dashboards for procurement activity

• PO Management
• Track procurement savings
• Create and manage purchase orders in accordance with internal Procurement & Finance policy
• Track invoice submissions and resolve AP discrepancies or delays with vendors
• Ongoing support to Brand teams and vendors on PO status, invoice timing, payment confirmation
• Review and approve Spend Request forms

• Promotional Items & Other Misc Purchases
• Source, negotiate, purchase and ensure delivery of promotional items, employee gifts and awards
• Ensure all items meet Corporate brand guidelines and are delivered on time
• Reports

• Help with Creation of Departmental Reports for Management reviews
• Help with Financial reconciliations including P- Cards

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree
• 5 years experience in Procurement
• Worked in SAP for PO creations
• Basic proficiency in MS Office including Power point and Spreadsheets

The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $93,500 to $114,000. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of the Annual Performance Bonus Plan. Employees are eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs which include medical, dental and vision coverage; life insurance; disability insurance; 401(k) savings plan; flexible spending accounts; and the employee assistance program. Employees also receive various paid time off benefits, including vacation time and sick time.The compensation and benefits described above are subject to the terms and conditions of any governing plans, policies, practices, agreements, or other materials or documents as in effect from time to time, including but not limited to terms and conditions regarding eligibility.
