Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end growth marketing strategies for our Construction Technology business, with specific growth objectives, marketing plans, and key metrics.
- Lead the full digital growth marketing program, including content marketing, inbound demand generation, and social media, to drive demand for construction services audiences.
- Operate and design experimentation frameworks to drive acquisition and demand growth for the business.
- Oversee the execution of key events to increase brand awareness and funnel generation.
- Develop joint marketing strategies and initiatives with resellers to generate demand and build brand awareness, including enhancing reseller marketing capabilities.
- Utilize various data and analytics tools to enable acquisition and lifecycle marketing programs.
Education and Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of marketing or brand management experience.
- Proven experience in growth marketing, digital lead generation, online campaigns, and content marketing.
- Experience working with creative agencies, ABM agencies, content production, and media agencies.
Knowledge and Skills
- Track record of strategic planning and consistently delivering results.
- Growth mindset with the ability to innovate and differentiate.
- Team player and collaborator, working effectively with business teams, regional and global teams.
- Agility in meeting timelines for campaign activation, alignment calls with regional teams, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and influence agencies and virtual teams (e.g., agency partners, remote marketing teams, sales teams, etc.).
- Creative experience in developing content and operating in fast experimentation cycles.
- Strong data and analytical skills, including measurement, ROI, and growth marketing models.
- Proficiency with marketing and data tools such as HubSpot, Eloqua, Google Analytics & AdWords, and A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO).
