VIE Human Resources Business Partner - US, Houston

The HR Generalist/Business Partner will support the organization's HR functions, focusing on international mobility, data management, and strategic HR support to a specific business unit. This versatile role involves managing international assignments, ensuring data integrity, and leading HR projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • International Mobility: Manage international assignments, including relocation, visas, tax matters, and compliance, supporting assignees throughout their journey.
  • HR Data Management: Maintain HRIS data accuracy, perform audits, generate reports, and ensure data privacy compliance.
  • HRBP Support: Serve as HRBP for a designated function, advising on employee relations, performance, and talent development.
  • HR Projects: Lead or contribute to HR initiatives such as policy updates, job title standardization, and process improvements.
  • General HR Support: Assist with onboarding, recruitment, and daily employee support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven HR experience, especially in international mobility and data management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with international assignees.
