Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale data center projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

Develop and implement project execution strategies to optimize cost, schedule, and efficiency

Manage and mentor a high-performing project management team, ensuring alignment with company goals

Serve as the primary client liaison, building strong relationships with owners, developers, and subcontractors

Drive safety, compliance, and risk management initiatives across all projects

Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, and field operations teams to enhance project planning and execution

Qualifications:

Proven leadership in managing large-scale, complex projects ($100M+ in value) at a GC

Expertise in design-build, EPC, or integrated project delivery methods

Ability to oversee multiple projects across multiple locations

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
