Major Responsibilities
- Support effective, efficient, and safe operations throughout the integrated medical group.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, APCs, operational, and clinical leaders across the system. This role works through collaboration and influence, without direct reports.
- Act as a catalyst and role model for behavioral and process change.
- Provide tools and set expectations for local operations leaders to achieve operational goals.
- Monitor, sustain, and elevate best practices related to operations.
- Update policies and procedures, ensure dissemination, and support education and training.
- Offer ambulatory operational expertise for the medical group.
- Develop mechanisms to ensure local compliance with medical group standards and assist outliers in improvement efforts.
- Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to gather best practices and benchmark.
- Communicate, present, and influence change while engaging stakeholders.
- Facilitate multidisciplinary teams to define objectives, analyze data, build buy-in, and drive solutions.
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Allied Health, or related field.
- Typically 7 years of leadership experience managing multiple direct reports in ambulatory care, preferably in large, matrixed health systems.

- Effective team player across various professional levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with SharePoint.
- Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, A3 Thinking methodologies.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- May require domestic travel to sites or industry forums.
- Generally standard business hours with occasional flexibility.
- Normal office environment with significant computer work.
