Managing Director -Aerospace and Defense

Summary :

The Managing Director serves as the point person in determining the customer's needs and meeting them through the seamless delivery of the bank's products, services, and associated resources within the Aerospace and Defense industry. Please note: this position is open to remote work. The base pay range is $250,000 - $300,000 annually.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Ensure the optimization of all customer relationships by developing revenue growth through generation and cross-selling of all applicable bank products, including deposits, loans, and other services across Huntington segments.
• Develop and maintain profitable customer relationships within a targeted market segment by coordinating all sales and service efforts within the Aerospace and Defense industry.
• Handle all aspects of lending, including approvals, credit agreements, monitoring covenants, etc.
• Develop strong client relationships, pursue new business development, and generate loan and deposit business.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 7+ years of Commercial Lending experience within the Aerospace & Defense industry.
• Experience leading a business line, preferably in the Aerospace and Defense sector.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Knowledge of all bank products and ongoing development of product expertise.
• Experience in growing a business line.
• Proficiency in credit fundamentals and the ability to assess risks on new and prospective customers and transactions, ensuring all relationships align with the bank's risk profile, including front-end guidance.

Compensation Range :

$225,000 - $250,000 Annual Salary

The compensation range indicates the low and high end of the base salary for this position. Actual compensation may vary and could be above or below this range based on factors such as location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this role are also eligible for an incentive compensation plan.
