Vaco is assisting one of Huntsville's most sought-after companies in identifying a Senior Retail Property Manager to oversee a profitable portfolio of retail and commercial properties in the Birmingham area. The Senior Property Manager will be responsible for managing daily activities, supervising on-site staff, and acting as the liaison between tenants and company management.

Requirements:

• All applicants must have 5+ years of proven, progressive experience as a Senior Property Manager in the Retail/Commercial real estate industry.
• A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in a general business discipline.
• Highly refined communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment with multi-tasking capabilities.
• CPM certification is preferred but not required.

ONLY CANDIDATES WITH THE REQUIRED EXPERIENCE WILL BE CONSIDERED.
