About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Engineer-Mechanical to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, India. Assist in the design and development of mechanical components and systems using CAD software

Conduct engineering calculations and analysis to support product development

Participate in prototype testing and evaluation processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex engineering challenges

Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations

Support senior engineers in project planning and execution

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department

Maintain organized and detailed records of engineering activities and project progress

What do we need from you

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

0-2 years of experience in mechanical engineering or related field; internship experience preferred

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks)

Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and their practical applications

Basic programming skills, preferably in MATLAB

Familiarity with manufacturing processes and mechanical systems

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Strong technical writing abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to quality and efficiency

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts clearly

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
