About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead and manage our Twisp branch. POSITION SUMMARY: The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall operational success and profitability of the branch, including sales, business development, operational objectives, and achieving annual goals. Responsibilities include employee development, engagement, coaching, performance management, and enhancing business relationships through prospecting and referrals. The role also involves maintaining customer relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing expenses, and community involvement.

PAY RANGE: $26.73 to $40.11 per hour.

BRANCH MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensuring high-quality customer service to promote deposit retention and income generation.
  • Managing the branch as a profit center by developing sales and revenue programs, creating sales plans, and developing staff.
  • Expanding market share and profitability by identifying prospective customers and financial needs.
  • Maintaining active client calling plans, including cold calling.
  • Cross-training with Deposit Relationship Managers, introducing and cross-selling bank products, maintaining customer relationships, and managing reports and expenses.
  • Supporting sales efforts, maintaining knowledge of products, possibly providing credit services, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Overseeing community involvement and branch maintenance.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruitment, performance appraisals, coaching, training, and motivating staff.
  • Maintaining staff morale, scheduling, and performance monitoring.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Two-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Two to five years of related experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

  • Trust, diplomacy, effective communication, and confidentiality are essential.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Indoor, climate-controlled environment, with physical activities including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, and operating office equipment.
