Job Description

We are seeking energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Retail Shop Manager-on-Duty to join our team at the new state-of-the-art location opening in San Francisco on Union Street. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact in a growing organization.

The MOD directs and motivates the sales team, ensuring excellent customer service, a comprehensive customer experience, and operational excellence. The MOD reports to the Regional, District, or Area Shop Manager and the Assistant Manager, following business strategies and action plans to maximize productivity and compliance.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Sales & Service: Achieve monthly sales goals, coach staff on selling tactics, ensure an unparalleled customer experience, maintain knowledge of all services and products.
  • Operational Excellence: Uphold loss prevention and inventory policies, ensure team understanding of communication and training, assist with hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, and coverage.
  • Product & Presentation: Ensure the shop reflects brand standards through merchandising and marketing, maintain cleanliness and organization.
  • Professional Dimension: Build relationships with colleagues and clients, stay informed on company standards, enforce policies, communicate effectively.
Qualifications

Minimum requirements include proven leadership, retail or customer service experience, integrity, excellent organizational and communication skills, adaptability, and availability for varied schedules.
