Coordinate and manage vendor users on proprietary localization tools and maintain approved vendor resource databasesExecute core operations by reviewing vendor onboarding requests, performing validations, and data entryMaintain the global Supplier Master System, ensuring accuracy of tax, contact, banking, and payment detailsInteract with suppliers and employees to address changes or verifications needed for supplier recordsSupport cross-functional teams by answering questions and providing updates on case-related issuesWhat is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Vendor/Supplier Management, Procurement, Risk Management, Accounts Payable, or AuditBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detailEffective verbal and written communication skills in EnglishExperience with database managementHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
