Position Criteria:
- High School diploma or equivalent – required
- Bachelor's Degree – preferred
- CPR/First Aid – preferred
- Good oral communication and public relations skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively while enforcing rules for facility use by community groups
Performance Responsibilities:
- Supervise individuals/groups that utilize school facilities to ensure adherence to facility usage guidelines
- Complete facility set-up according to contract specifications (Tables, Chairs, hoop adjustment and other equipment as needed)
- Monitor facility conditions to ensure safety and minimize hazardous risk. Report any hazards to the supervisor. This includes tornado/fire safety, snow removal, and various certifications for hazards such as blood borne pathogens, CPR first Aid and OSHA regulations)
- Complete general cleaning (empty trash, sweep floors, vacuum, etc....)
- Unlocks facility doors at specified times according to contract specifications
- Locks/secures facility doors after contract usage
- Other duties as assigned
