Role Overview: The E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager will oversee digital marketing and CRM strategies to boost conversions and customer retention for Kering Beauté brands' e-commerce sites. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to create digital content, manage campaigns, and maintain brand consistency across channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of direct-to-consumer growth, digital marketing trends, and e-commerce operations, with excellent organizational and creative skills.
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Manage the digital marketing/email calendar, ensuring it reflects KPIs and is updated regularly.
- Oversee e-commerce content including banners, campaigns, and product launches, ensuring timely execution.
- Coordinate with global teams for digital consistency.
- Support paid media campaigns and optimize media spend for ROAS.
- Manage influencer campaigns from setup to reporting.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with sales for stock planning.
- Collaborate with CRM team on targeted campaigns and customer segmentation.
- Manage database sampling campaigns and post-campaign analysis.
- Work with customer care to align on promotions and site features.
- Track sales and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with creative teams for digital assets and campaign support.
- Conduct site testing and quality assurance across devices.
- Perform industry research to stay updated on digital trends.
- Develop analytics reports on digital program performance.
Core Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing required; Master's preferred.
- 2-4 years' experience in e-commerce digital marketing.
- Experience with luxury or prestige beauty brands preferred.
- Knowledge of CMS platforms, ESPs like Ometria, and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in Shopify/Shopify+ and understanding of SEM & SEO.
- Track record in executing digital strategies and analyzing ROI.
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and aesthetic sense in marketing messages.
- Proficient in MS Office; Photoshop skills a plus.
- Positive attitude, collaborative, and adaptable to change.
