Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of ERP located in Gurugram. The Director of ERP will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, integration, and maintenance of ERP systems. Day-to-day tasks include managing ERP projects, liaising with stakeholders, ensuring system compliance, and leading a team of ERP professionals. The role requires strategic planning, system optimization, and ensuring that the ERP systems effectively support the organization's operational needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience in ERP System Implementation, Integration, and Maintenance
• Proficiency in Project Management, Stakeholder Engagement, and Team Leadership
• Expertise in System Compliance, Optimization, and Troubleshooting
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
• Preferred: Experience in the higher education sector
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
