Position SummaryThe Lead Director Project Program Management (individual contributor) for Cost Growth Benchmarking will lead a newly established cross-functional process to respond to state requests for Cost Growth Benchmark Reporting. These are extraordinarily complex requests that are heavy deadline driven that require coordination across Aetna's ecosystem.Responsibilities:• Cultivate and manage relationships with various internal business partners, including Compliance, Government Affairs, Data Analytics, LOB partners, and workstream leaders across the enterprise to ensure accurate, timely and complete responses.• Consult in the automation and optimization of workflows and implementation of agreed upon solutions.• Develop QA program to ensure final product is accurate and an appropriate reflection of Aetna's capabilities and performance.• Adapt plans and priorities to address cross-functional resource and operational challenges to meet state mandated deliverable timelines.• Proactively identify gaps, risks and manage mitigation plans
This position will be on a hybrid work scheduled (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office).Required Qualifications• 5+ years of related professional experience• Experience with Continuous Improvement methods and techniques to drive optimal outcomes.• Experience managing cross-functional process teams.• Experience in commercial healthcare insurance, compliance, sales support, or a related area.• Demonstrated leadership experience.• Excellent written and oral communication skillsPreferred Qualifications• Commercial healthcare experience• Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green or Black Belt certification.• Knowledge of compliance operations• Experience managing initiatives across multiple groupsEducationBachelor's Degree or 9 years of equivalent work experience
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$100,000.00 - $231,500.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
