Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Food Production Supervisor for dnata Catering, you will oversee the efficient and high-quality production of food items for airline passengers. Your main role will be to manage and lead a team of production staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants, in executing food preparation, cooking, and packaging processes. You will work closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to ensure all meals meet recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards. Additionally, you will monitor and maintain the highest levels of food safety and hygiene, following industry regulations and guidelines. Your expertise in production planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations will be essential in optimizing workflow, reducing waste, and maximizing productivity. You will collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and materials. Your strong organizational and problem-solving skills will be crucial in addressing operational challenges and ensuring smooth operations. By maintaining high quality control and efficiency, you will contribute to the success and reputation of dnata Catering.

You WillESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The salary range is $69,000-$77,000 annually with weekly pay, excluding incentives. Final pay considers location, experience, and qualifications.
You HavePrimarily indoors, with noise levels from minimal to loud. Exposure to cold (35-40°F) is common.
