Job Summary

Reporting to the Store Manager, your main focus as a Team Lead is contributing to your store's success by promoting a positive shopping experience for each customer, building and maintaining meaningful, long-term relationships. You play an important role in daily store operations, including optimizing inventory management, increasing sales and customer satisfaction, and maintaining brand and visual merchandising standards. You will also manage inventory through shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and eCommerce order fulfillment. You are an integral part of your store's success!

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in retail
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset
• Passion for fashion
• Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to service quality
• Social media, mobile devices, and computer skills are assets
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as per business needs
