Summary: The QTI Group is partnering with our Middleton-based client to hire a Customer Service Representative (Project Coordinator). In this role, you'll support project managers by coordinating service requests, dispatching vendors, and ensuring customer technical needs are met efficiently and accurately. This full-time, temporary position is expected to last through December 31, 2025, with a possibility for extension or hire. The role is onsite and will operate Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm with a one-hour lunch break. The pay rate is $19/hour. We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is ready to jump in and support a high-volume service team.
