Supplying raw vegetables to the production line Monitoring vegetable size profile & taking action if needed Monitoring slice thickness & making adjustments as needed Monitoring fryer settings to ensure finished product is within moisture quality specifications Keeping up with housekeeping throughout the entire shift to stay within quality, food safety & safety standards Cleaning fryers as needed to address oil quality issues Documenting equipment setpoints & performing quality checks Other duties as assigned Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Proven strong safety record Ability to work well with other team members and management Ability to make simple math calculation & measurements is required Ability to read & speak basic English Bi-lingual with Spanish speaking and writing skills preferred Effective communication skills with coworkers and supervisors Possess manual dexterity to manipulate machinery Must be able to lift 50 pounds to shoulder height on an interm...Processing, Operator, 1st Shift, Monitoring, Manufacturing
