- Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule -- 9am - 4:30pm
- 8 - 13 patients per day
- Outpatient family practice setting
- Handles patients aged 5 - 99 years
- Experience with physical exams and wellness assessments
- Chronic conditions management required
- 2 years experience required
- Hospital privileges required
