Nanny Needed For My Children

We are needing care for our 15month old daughter. We would need someone to pick her up from her in home daycare in Wylie by 4PM, bring her to our home in Josephine, and watch until I get home from work. Her dad is a firefighter so has a rotating schedule, the only days we would need would be Mondays, Tuesdays, or Wednesdays. He works 48 hours at a time so would need someone sometimes 1-2 days during that window. The schedule is confusing but you would know the days needed well in advance! We also have 4 sweet rescue dogs.
