This is an excellent opportunity to provide quality, compassionate care to adults in a skilled nursing facility.We ask that you be board certified in internal medicine (IM) or family medicine (FM). Current New York license and New York DEA are required. Previous post-acute experience is a plus, but it is not required. The position is part-time, non-benefits eligible with target rounding at a flexible 1 day per week.
