Responsibilities:
- Accurately input, update, and maintain records in internal databases and production systems
- Review legal documents such as subpoenas and warrants to extract required data for internal documentation
- Support the Trust & Safety team with administrative duties including mail handling, scheduling, phone support, and filing
- Prepare outgoing mail and fulfill document request deliveries
- Prioritize incoming tasks and manage time effectively to meet sensitive deadlines
- Maintain high attention to detail while managing confidential information
- Provide additional support based on client or law enforcement needs
- Complete other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Completed Bachelor's degree required
- Must be a U.S. Citizen, 18 years or older, and able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Strong attention to detail with experience in data entry and administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain discretion with sensitive information
- Flexibility to train in-person at the Chantilly office with potential for hybrid work based on performance
$20-$23/hr
